Experience Best Practice in Convenience Business Operations
This program is designed to assist retail business owners and supply chain personnel alike.
What are the key factors for successful convenience stores?
Graeme Lees from atmp training & skills development says that "although building a successful business package in convenience is complex, the passion that can develop to achieve success is very strong. There is literally tons of data and information available from various sources about C-store operations and outcomes and filtering all of this into real world applications and identifying best practices can be challenging".
The team at atmp have spent the last few years networking with their clients and trade associations like AACS and ACAPMA to produce a new exciting facilitated program for convenience store and retail operations.
We have created an opportunity for participants from the retail convenience channel to identify what the key drivers of convenience success are. The program covers the critical benchmarks Industry statistics and KPI's.
The program is designed as an integrated learning experience that allows people from all sectors of the industry - Retail, Suppliers, Service Organisations and Oil Companies to network and experience how the best practices of C-Store design and operation come together in an operational business plan and strategy.
The main focus of the program is on developing a C-store location and convenience offer to meet a specific trading area demographic and then translating this into a store layout and product offer backed up with merchandising, sales and service strategies. Naturally the key measurements of sales and gross profit are woven into the mix.
atmp have planned programs for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and have provide an exciting earlybird offer.
Another bonus for participants will be the opportunity to achieve Statements of Attainment from a Nationally Recognised Retail Training Package (Certificate III and IV Levels in Retail Management - SIR07).
