The training covered everything you need to run a successful convenience store, from identifying the "perfect" location and identifying the demographics - who is your customer - selecting your range and laying it out to maximise sales and profit to compliance (licences, etc) requirements for operating a c-store and profit KPI's (shrinkage, stock turns, etc).

"I would like to thank you for running the retail financial analysis training for our retail group of site supervisors and BM’s. The course touched on financial reports and data that I originally thought may confuse supervisors. Your explanations and the way you linked all these financial reports in the case study was fabulous. Not only did supervisors have to work out the financial reports e.g. Balance sheet , Profit & Loss , but this all then related back to the decisions and processes supervisors do at a store level. You could then see the supervisors understand that they have a direct influence on the financial reports of the business and that they can make a difference, which is a great tool for us going forward.
The two big things I saw the supervisors came away with were, how the shrinkage affects the results, and to monitor their KPI reports closer. They also came away with a general understanding of the financial reports that were previously just numbers on a page to some supervisors. A great course that we will have all our other site supervisors attend. "
